Delivery information

Home delivery is provided by courier companies, to whom the ordered products will be delivered the working day after the order is confirmed by e-mail. Delivery will be made within 1-3 working days from the time of pick-up.

In case of stock shortage, reordering is possible after consultation with the Customer.

Some of our products are delivered from an external warehouse, so if you want to pick them up in person, you need to make an appointment in advance.

Pick-up, delivery:

Personal pick-up in our warehouse in Tatabánya (Mon-Sat: 8.00-16.00, Fri: 8.00-14.00): free of charge
Small postal items max 51x35x31 cm 0 - 15 kg, delivered to your door (MPL) - HUF 3.500,- + VAT
Large postal consignment max 50x50x50 cm, 15 - 40 kg delivered to your door (MPL)- 7.500,- Ft + VAT
Ladder blocks up to 15 kg in 200x10x10 cm package, delivered to your door (MPL) - 7.500,- Ft + VAT
Ladder loads up to 15 - 200 kg, delivered to your door on 200×50 cm pallets or stafniflas (Trans-Pack) - 16.000,- Ft + VAT
Small pallet shipment between 40-80 kg, delivered to your door (Trans-Pack) - 16.000,- Ft + VAT
Large, palletized shipments between 40-400 kg, delivered to your door (Trans-Pack) - HUF 25.000,- + VAT

Packaging:

For personal delivery of replacement pallets or own loading of trees, there is no extra packaging charge.
Postage for postal items up to 40 kg: 1.000,- Ft + VAT.
Packing costs per pallet (not EUR pallet): 3.000,- HUF + VAT.
